These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ffbd platform and all its services. By accessing the ffbd website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Account Security

Identity Verification

ffbd may request identity documents (national ID, passport) or other documents to verify an account at any time. ffbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account if the required documents are not provided.

Accepted Payment Methods

ffbd currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any method other than these three are not accepted.

Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after a request is successfully submitted. This may be delayed during verification processes or in unusual circumstances.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal.
• To withdraw after receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be met.
• Withdrawals will always be processed to the same method used for the original deposit.
• ffbd reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount. That means if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets to become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or IP address.
• ffbd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its terms are violated.

VIP Program

ffbd's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can move up through the tiers step by step and earn weekly cashback. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond.

Fair Play Policy

ffbd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The outcome of every game on our platform is entirely random and not predetermined. We protect your information and funds through SSL encryption and other security measures.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ffbd platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining bonus advantages.

• Coordinating with other users to meet bonus conditions ("bonus abuse").
• Making deposits and withdrawals using third-party funds.

In the event of a violation of any of the above rules, ffbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all balances.

System Errors

Wins, payments, or bets resulting from a technical error are not valid. ffbd reserves the right to make corrections in such situations.
